Following our assessment in November, we are delighted that we have been awarded “Investors in People “status. IIP is a benchmark for best practice with regard to people, and we are very proud to have met the standard. We are now aiming even higher in terms of our commitment to leading, managing and developing all our employees, and we will therefore be looking to achieve the more rigorous requirements of the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels within 12 months.
